• Upon move-in, all dogs must be registered and DNA-swabbed through PooPrints at the leasing office.
• This helps us maintain a clean property and hold pet owners accountable.

Waste Policy & Fines

• Any un-scooped pet waste found on the property will be matched to the registered dog.
• Fines for violations:
  • 1st offense: $100
  • 2nd offense: $200
  • 3rd offense: $300
• Continued violations or unpaid fines may result in lease termination.

Pet Fees & Rent

• Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
• One-time pet fee:
  • $350 for the first pet
  • $500 for two pets
• Maximum: 2 pets per household

PetScreening Requirement

• All residents must complete PetScreening as part of the application process.
